I always cook rice pudding in coconut milk because this milk gives a special aroma.
For different variations add dry fruits, nuts or chocolate crumbs.

You can easily make this dried rice in Instant Pot and in a classic way. For this dish I use parboiled rice.

We use it as an independent meal with vegetables and salad, or as side dish with roasted meat, or as breakfast with fruits and nuts.

We can use whole oats in breakfast, as side dish or even as main dish. It is creamy and fulfilling.
