This cake has, for me, deeper meaning than the cake itself.
It was the first cake I made when I started to create something in the kitchen.
It works every time.It looks decorative, it’s delicious and everyone loves it.
It is must have on our Christmas table.
Preparation takes only 15 minutes.
Marble Cake

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 120 grams of sugar
- 220 grams of white flour
- 2 dcl of milk
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 baking powder
- 70 grams of chocolate for cooking
Directions
- Step 1 Place eggs and sugar in the bowl. Prepare flour and baking powder. Prepare milk and oil. Roll the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Step 2 Turn oven on 170 degrees. Place the chocolate on the plate and put it in the oven to soften.
- Step 3 Foam the eggs and sugar. Add milk and oil. Slow the mixer in minimum speed and add flour with baking powder. Pour half of the mixture into the mold. Add the melted chocolate to remaining mixture. Stir and pour the chocolate mixture into the mold.
- Step 4 Bake for 1 hour at 170 degrees.
- Step 5 Additional advice: for a chocolate variant:
- Step 6 Use dark muscovado sugar and 120 grams of chocolate. Apply chocolate to the whole mixture. You can add orange peel.
