I love spicy goulash! The meat is soft and tender, and the sauce is delicious.

When cooking stock, it is easy to use Instant Pot compared to a classic pot or espress pot.
There is no trouble beside the stove, when it shrinks or boosts gas, whether the pot has created a pressure or not.
Instant Pot has a microprocessor that monitors the pressure and temperature, and determines time and adjusts the intensity of heat.

You can easily make this dried rice in Instant Pot and in a classic way. For this dish I use parboiled rice.
