Spaghetti with pancetta
- 250 grams of pancetta
- 500 grams of spaghetti
- 3 dcl tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove
- parsley leaf
- Step 1 Cut the pancetta on the dice and saute it in pan. Cook pasta according to the packaging instructions. While pasta is cooking, mix it in a small bowl: tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper, and little water.
- Step 2 When panceta is sauted pour the tomato mixture into the pan. Cook for 1 min. Add pasta to pan and mix everything together. In the end add finely chopped parsley and garlic.
- Step 3 Serve with parmesan.
